30/50/170CC Concentric Auger Valve in Precision Electronics Applications
Mingsea KSV3000 concentric screw valve is an upgraded version of KSV1000 series screw valve. It has a higher liquid flow rate and is specially designed for high-viscosity media containing particles and heat conduction. Both the stator and rotor are made of high-wear-resistant materials to extend the maintenance cycle of core components.

- The screw is made of tungsten steel and has strong wear resistance for particles and medium-to-high viscosity media.
- By controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the screw, abnormal problems such as glue drawing can be solved.
- The universal downflow channel interface can match different downflow channels according to process changes to achieve rapid process switching.
